Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. We value our patients and strive to have them value their appointments as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed and canceled appointments. We require 48-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. Without 48-hour notice, there is a $100 fee applied.
